We may change our published rates at any time with or without notice.

There are three areas to our restaurant, the Main Room, Middle Room and Bar Area; they are connected internally in the basement of three original Regency Town Houses. Reservations are allocated a table in any one of these areas and your table placement is dependent on group size and other bookings during that service. If you would like a specific area please tell us when you book and we will do our best to seat you there

The majority of our evening seatings are for a 2 hour limit at 6pm or 8pm unless otherwise agreed via phone or email when booked

From time to time we may advertise and publish promotional prices and special offers, together with restrictions that will apply. Such offers will always be subject to availability. It will only apply to certain limited days and may be withdrawn at any time with or without notice

A 10% discretionary service charge is added to bills

Groups of 10 or more may be required to pay a deposit of £5 per person . This deposit will be deducted from the final bill amount. Any no shows for group bookings will lose their deposit money and will not be credited against the final bill

Tables of 15 or more persons will be requested to make a pre-order, this will need to be received via email no later than 3 days before your seating along with final confirmation of numbers, this enables us to ensure we smoke sufficient meat and will also enhance your service

No personal food and drink items to be brought inside the restaurant premises or on to our terrace unless for very young children

Management reserves the right to refuse alcoholic drinks to guests who are, in our opinion, already intoxicated

Management has the right to refuse entry to any guests as this is a private property

Kindly assist your children at all times during your visit at our restaurant as management do not take any responsibility or liability for any accident occurred with any unattended children during your visit to the restaurant

Kindly advise a member of staff at the time of reservation if you have any special requirements

Almost all of our dishes are prepared in our kitchens where nuts are used so any dish may contain nuts or traces of nuts. Kindly ask a member of staff if unsure or for any guidance, we have full allergen information available

We make every effort to have high chair availability for your visit however it is subject to demand and at peak hours we do not guarantee this unless you confirmed this requirement at the time of booking

Smokeys follows a safe environment policy for all staff and guests, kindly do not threaten any member of staff or management. Any inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated

We advise all guests, please do not leave any personal belongings unattended at any time as management will not be liable or responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your personal belongings
